JustEnough Software


Launched in the United States in 2007, JustEnough is a leading provider of omni-channel Demand Management solutions for retail, wholesale and direct-to-consumer businesses and is serving the planning needs of many of the world’s leading brands.

JustEnough’s innovative solutions help companies to forecast customer demand; plan assortments, allocations and inventory;

shape demand with markdowns and promotions; turn customer data into actionable insights and then execute on those plans.

Headquartered in the United States with offices worldwide the company was acquired by General Atlantic for their Mi9 Retail portfolio company in 2018.

JustEnough Mobile Solutions

Acquired in 2006, JustEnough Mobile was a frontrunner in Mobile Sales Force Automation and Mobile Trade Marketing.

JustEnough Mobile combined the art of running a distributed field force with the science of demand forecasting & planning, mobile sales force automation and mobile trade marketing. Global companies such as Heineken, Kraft Foods and SAB Miller relied on JustEnough Mobile to equip their field sales force with critical information that was previously only available through a desktop computer.

JustEnough Mobile Sales Force Automation managed the entire order-to-invoice process in an immediate, simple, automated

process, avoiding all the traditional administration challenges normally experienced by a mobile sales force. Mobile sales representatives could plan and perform sales journeys efficiently and optimize sales results.

JustEnough Mobile Trade Marketing aligned sales operations with trade marketing plans to better track and measure performance. Key information needed to plan trade marketing was provided directly from the field - in real time - so that decisions were made based on fact versus guesswork.

Invested in 2006, RetailTribe was an expert at using the Digital Conversation to create engaged customers.

RetailTribe offered independent retailers outsourced digital marketing services such as weekly newsletters and websites. RetailTribe differed from similar services by offering its services to groups of retailers – or “tribes” - around a common industry and by producing the content versus just the technology.

For example each week RetailTribe sent out an email to approximately 250,000 golfers.

Emails were customized for each of the 270 golf retailers and personalized.

Together with a website for each retailer, RetailTribe sold advertising space for this niche media channel to advertisers, such as golf suppliers, looking to promote their products and services and to third parties attracted to the marketing vertical.

RetailTribe was launched in the United States in 2009.

Zunak was founded in 2010 as one of the first solutions that allowed retailers to tie offline with online promotions and then extend them to mobile, all under one platform.

Zunak grew out of a desire to give customers a new way to reach consumers.

Zunak was all about allowing retailers to decide what, how, where and when to promote, then leaving room for last-minute changes, it automated the whole process.

The Zunak team was integrated into JustEnough’s Promotion Management division.

TribeWorx was founded in 2011 based on the principle that "people buy from people".

TribeWorx gives direct selling organizations their own marketing network to share relevant, expert content

and promotions with customers who have a trusted relationship with their agents. Created by people with deep expertise in working with many of the world’s leading brands, the TribeWorx platform creates a social marketing network around a brand.
